There are no bad ideas, just some than are better than others. We've all been there, it's the middle of the night and you sit straight up in bed, or you're in the shower and suddenly it hits. Best. Story. Ever! You rush to write it down. Can't wait to get started on it. Finally, you sit at your desk, ready to write. Excitement builds, then comes crashing down, WTF? This will never work. It's ridiculous. What was I thinking? Here's the thing, it's not a bad idea, it just needs some work. Success comes, not from your original idea, but from what you do with it. What are some of the tricks you use to turn a so-so idea into the next Best Seller?
