Atmospheric Fiction • Literary Suspense

Erin King writes atmospheric, psychologically rich fiction about the hidden tensions beneath ordinary life. Drawn to memory, identity, agency, and the stories people tell themselves to survive, she creates emotionally layered work that invites readers to look beyond easy villains and tidy answers.

With an MA in psychology, a certification in art therapy, and fifteen years of experience in trauma-informed care, Erin brings a distinctive perspective to complex characters, flawed systems, and the uneasy space between good intentions and real harm.

She is also a contracted ghostwriter, freelance editor, and beta reader whose writing has placed in the top ten in literary contests.

Erin believes some stories are not simply told but felt—and hopes her work leaves a lasting resonance after the final page.
